The valve consists of a sleeve, spring, and poppet with a damping piston for pressure ratings up to 315 bar, or alternatively, a ball for pressure ratings up to 630 bar. It features an adjustable mechanism that allows for stepless setting of system pressure. The DBDH6P1X/100 valve operates by utilizing the force of the spring to maintain the poppet or ball against the seat until the system pressure exceeds the pre-set value. At this point, the poppet or ball opens against the spring force, allowing hydraulic fluid to flow from channel P to channel T.
